Well now that the 20 day bonus training time is beginning to expire I am curious how the rest of new eden broke down their 20 day training.

Here is what I got from it.

Utility
Cloaking
Cyno
Scanning
Mobile Bubble Anchoring
Jump Clones

FW/Money making
Drones
Armor
Lasers
Hybrids



Implants (+3) and a Remap was used.

How did the rest of you make out?

Two accounts, two basic research and manufacturing alts, neither of which are actually useful to me. The main thing I do is invention and component production. Both alts have 100+ days of training before they'll actually be where I would like them to be.

I suppose I could make them very basic research, copy, and production slaves, which could be achieved with a 30-day dual-training run. I still need to go over the numbers to see if the increased through-put would be worth the cost of two PLEX to achieve this, though.

Just starting training my new alt two days ago, couldn't be bothered until then, it's a lot of work sculping and creating a new character, finding out what you want him to do and then setting a skill plan after you've set a target fitting goal etc.

I ended up making a long awaited PvP character that I can use for fun without worrying about security ratings or standings etc. He'll be done in 20-30 days I think.

An alt strictly trained up on the Noctis per the mastery tabs on one account.

And on the other, a bomber alt who was 23 days from the Hound and will be only 3 days away when this is done. So there will be another bomber pilot roaming nullsec soon.

It was a great gift.

Used it for more Science skills, Salvage skill, and T2 Rigging skills. So, things that would have never been trained on non-bonus time.

PI and trade.


Unfortunately, I don't know how to PI - and don't have the time to get cloaking and blockade runner.

I also need to figure out D-scan first.

Oh, and get money for the PI - though, the whole reason to do PI was to get money.



Actually, I have no idea what I'm doing - but that's ok.

Couldn't be bothered to go through the character creator yet. Oops

I mean I could just hit 'randomize' but... I'm way too OCD to do that. No, I have to spend a few hours per character. Ugh.

And before that I have to decide on names.

Had the same issues.. I spent 1½ whole nights creating my character.. In some way it was a great gift, and in others it was very annoying having to go through that with a time limit on the redeeming of the gift.

At least now I have a alt character to dump SP on next time such a gift comes around.

20 days on each of my accounts produced:

- continuation of industry alt skills
- cyno alt x 2
- scout/tackle alt
- scout/scanning alt

The scout/tackle and scout/scanning alts have had their queues continued a further 30 days to get them in interceptors and covops respectfully.
