Correct, once the games are finished you can play the games whether or not you have donated to the site.
BTW, thanks all for the donations! It really motivates coders to get things moving =]

Dude, all gambling sites are scams. The house always wins, etc. Money goes in, less money comes out, the only other thing that changes is the distribution. On unregulated sites like games gambling, there are obviously shills to make sure that distribution benefits the owner. Everyone knows this, everyone accepts this, so stop whining. If you don't like it, don't gamble. Simple.

Edit: Oh, and congratulations on that permaban.

I just want to be clear on something here; We do NOT use 'shill's' to entice other players with fake wins.

Unlike most casino's, our players sit in a public channel with 200-500 other players. When a person wins, he usually either says nothing, or shows his personal excitement for his wins. But when people lose, they are very quick to complain about it. We do NOT restrict people from complaining about losing, even if it could potentially scare off newcomers, as that's just part of gambling.

This is part of what keeps us honest, knowing the second we slip up.. word of mouth will spread faster than a wildfire and we'd go bust. We make a lot more money being honest and making a very small portion of deposited ISK than scamming our players and potentially making nothing from it.

But yes, the house IS designed to win. It can't function if it doesn't. We only have to win a very small percentage to stay ahead, as the amount of ISK people put into the site is probably over a trillion a day on average, with some days being well beyond that.

We also have near-instant deposits and extremely fast, no-gimmick withdrawals too. I Want Isk spreads a LOT of his sites income around to employ probably 20 bankers to help keep the services fast for our players. He could be a greedy **** and just keep 3 guys on staff for withdrawals and allow the API to do all of the deposits at no cost to him -- but he doesn't, because that just wouldn't make our players as happy.

Nothing worse than depositing your money to learn you have to wait an hour to play. Then if you win, having to wait several hours to claim your prizes.

I just want to inform everyone that this service is either a scam to bait account information or is seriously comprimised.
I registered about an hour ago and 30min afterwards i had several login attemps on my email from Kiev, Ukraine. I'm very aware that it's a terrible idea to register using your real password but i made this email especilly for IWANTISK since i didn't trust them to begin now, and now i have it confirmed that it's either comprimised or a scam.

If anyone from the community or the service itself wants to comment feel free.

I'm sorry for jumping the gun, it has never happend before and i got really suspious as it happend directly after i registered to the site, but i will look into it further.

Hello!
If this is actually happening on your computer we should definitely talk. Yours would be the first case of this happening. Nothing in our code should even allow attempts to log in to your EVE account or anything on your computer.

Please contact me in-game so that we can get this resolved as soon as possible!

Cheers!

Do you have spyware protection? Sounds like a key logger. Run a bug and virus scan now. Not the quick scan a FULL scan. I've used I want isk and never had a problem. Could also be a rootkit. Hmm would be interesting to know what protection you have on your computer and what Internet browser your using. I would go to a different computer and change all my passwords. And yes all those annoying little rules like capitals numbers and special characters should be used

You guys are all haters. Leave the site alone. It's an amazing website! I have won and lost billions on here. And as far as paying to focus on the game. I think that's a great idea for them to now focus on the game. I mean the poker goal is a little high. But it's still a great site and I see some big things happening with this site (or at least I hope!)

You claiming not to use shills doesn't make it any less likely that you do. I'd be surprised if anyone actually admitted to using shills

Almost every one of these casinos has a channel, and people do complain about losing, but the truth is people are expected to lose so nobody really looks at it. I think you might be misunderstanding shills in this context. It's not about making it sound like someone has won, it's about actually winning. You operate on such scale, that having a few random characters controlled by yourselves set up that occasionally win big are indistinguishable from the normal flow of winners. They just look like any other random player winning. This allows you to siphon out large quantities of ISK over and above the operating profit the casino brings in. Most of the in-game casino have done just this. I wouldn't be surprised if in many occasions this technique is used to launder isk for RMT as it's a feasible low risk method to do so.
