Leading a Rorqual into Highsec through Wormholes?

Hey there!

I recently had a chat with a guy who claimed it was possible to transport a Rorqual from low-sec to high-sec through wormholes. I would like to confirm wether or not that is true. I'm rather new to this game - but I'm well aware that the Rorqual is a capital ship that cannot use gates and is dependent on Cyno-fields that cannot be placed in high-sec. While I was trying to research my way to the answer to my question, I came across a page about Capital Ships and high-sec that stated that "Smaller capital ships (Dreadnoughts, Carriers, and Rorquals) can travel through wormholes (provided they are sufficiently large), whereas supercapitals cannot use wormholes or be built in wormhole space."

So using wormholes that are big enough to support a Rorqual is one thing - but will game mechanics restrict a Rorqual from enter a Wormhole that leads into high-sec?

Thank you

I don't know if they can make it into highsec through wormholes, but trying to do so could very likely be seen as an exploit since those ships aren't supposed to be in highsec (with some exceptions for ships that had already been built in highsec years ago and follow some rules of use, such as Chribba's Veldnought)

Basically, I would file a support ticket and ask instead of trying it out yourself. If you try it yourself and it works then at the very least I'd imagine CCP would move your capital ship to a nearby lowsec before you could really do anything with it.

It shouldn't be possible, but I can't say for certainty that it isn't. Hisec holes all have a mass limit too low to allow any capital ships through.

They can now, since the changes in Phoebe. Can't take a gate into highsec, but they can use gates.

No Caps in High-Sec means no Caps in High-Sec I suspect.

wormholes have a mass limit, I haven't tried recently but i suspect a rorq is above the limit of any hi-sec wormhole. As it has been for some time now.

If brute force isn't working, you're just not using enough.

There are no hi-sec WHs that will allow for a rorq to fit through. Some of the C5-hi connections will allow for a freighter (the M555 I believe) but the rorq has to big of a mass to fit through any of them.

Confirming, you cannot get any capital into highsec through a wormhole, except for Freighters and JFs, which can only come from C5/6 or low/null
