Sorry, but no. I tried to sell this character before and got a 20 bil ISK offer. Sadly the potential buyer couldn't gather all the ISK. I think she's really worth 19 bil ISK.

As I stated earlier: I already got two offers of 19 and 20 bil ISK. The buyers just didn't come through or already bought another toon.

Hate to say it, that usually means they made a quick offer then realized it was grossly over-valued OR they never were serious about the offer but wanted to keep options open just in-case.
