Why should they be upset? EVE caters and is specifically designed to give "I - Win" buttons to Online Metagame Clubs like SomeThingAwful or the Russian Isk Mafia, so they have no need to complain.

Not just for their satisfaction. When the fuel changes, there will be a big spike in demand and supply will take time to catch up. Blink

Mean while regardless of what Goons do, I will have free fuel for POS while others are buying it at high rate because there won't be enough fuel blocks made when we go through the change over.

.... and as I said before ... what is the rush when you are making specialist alts?
