EDIT: The post I wrote earlier made accusations of the channel being scam/gankbait.

In reality, I completely misread how courier contracts work (having been used to exchange contracts, which are not that similarly set up on-screen) and made false accusations.

Indeed I was!

Rita asked me to come shill real quick after I mentioned how happy I was in chat after being invited.

I had a small contract that needed moved and it had been sitting in public for about 9 days. Meanwhile I was part of the new zerg invite to this channel while sitting in Jita doing some trades. Lo and behold; After linking that contract in chat 3 times it moved from my Outstanding tab to my In Progress tab! I'm thrilled with how the channel is working for me already!

It'll give me a direct line to haulers without having to make a bunch of private contacts, it'll help me understand what pricing most haulers expect, and it'll let me move my goods to and from market so much faster!

I look forward to using this channel a great deal more after I'd started losing faith in courier contracts. I'm a small time trader so far, so I don't have the volume necessary to offer a hundreds of thousands per jump yet, and this channel is going to make things work so much better!

Glad to be a part of it.

I had a courier contract of 15k m3 (of miscellaneous capital parts) that I needed moved to jita from Amarr...

was able to poke my head in to the channel and link the contract and forget about it. I knew it would be taken care of.

I set the expiration to 30 days just to allay fears, and the contract was completed the same day.

great channel.

that I should worry about losing my hearing is nonsense, because there will always be -=BASS=-

Sooo, since that one was mine: Jita to Hek, 28.5m reward, 1.7b collat.

And yes it's legit, and yes it got completed in less than 2 hours. If you think 1.7b collat is out of the norm you don't know Haulers Channels.

I'm new to this channel and thread (thanks Rita), but I can already see the potential uses - both as a help for my station trading business, and as a small-scale (for now) hauler myself.
