Deleted my library and can log in now.

I've noticed that when you click a window and drag it, your cursor moves faster than the window, if that makes any sense. In other words, you click a window to move it up, and your mouse cursor moves farther than the window did ever so slightly, requiring multiple tries to position the window correctly.

I tried to sell items in Dodixie but it wouldn't work correctly. I'd change the sales price and it would say the item I'm trying to sell is no longer available.

he cursor thing has been around a long time. You can minimize the effect by clicking, then NOT moving for a second or two, then dragging. What is happening is lag. The client is not seeing the click right away. It sees it late, after you have moved the mouse.

Interesting. I never noticed it before or, if I did, it was minimal. It must be due to the additional lag I've been experiencing.

I have noticed another curious thing - lights in ship hangar. When undocking from a Gallente station just before undocking - the lights that illuminate my ship gemtly turns off. It makes sence - no ship, so nothing to illuminate, energy efficiency and so on.

The curious thing is neither Amarr nor Caldari stations act the same way. No light going out while undocking. Is it a bug or is Amarr and Caldari just not that into being green and responcible?

Mac client still messed up.

Same... Shortcuts unable to be edited. Problem is not MAC specific.

There is a thread in the issues and workarounds thread reporting the issue as well with multiple people reporting in.

The Client doesn't starts. i tried clearing cache, reinstalling the entire client, bypassing the launcher and nothing worked. at the machine in my house the game normally opens, but here in my job's machine don't. so i think its related to the OS. anyone can help me with?

- outdated OS.

When it is running, things are pretty good minus the little issues (like the earlier report mouse-lag window dragging, ship/map window resizing graphical glitching). Unfortunately, the random freezing/crashing has made it such that I just can't use the Mac client and have to reboot into Windows. Although I can live with that issue on my home iMac, when I'm out and about on my Macbook Pro (which doesn't have windows) I can't leave the station as I can't risk crashing and getting podded.

That's my issue, it makes the game unplayable. I daren't go into low sec for some ninja mining. I might as well just hand someone a pod kill...

I'm having stability issues as well on two separate Mac OS X systems.

Issue #1:

Complete client lockup while approaching Uedama gate in an Orca
No exception was raised, I ended up rebooting the Mac by logging in from another system because EVE wouldn't give up keyboard to the rest of the OS - I couldn't even get to terminal or any other tools.

Issue #2:

Two separate "Exception Raised" crashes which go something like this:

the UI freezes momentarily; wait a few seconds, then the game appears to keep working but then the "Exception Raised" dialog box appears, I authenticate to allow it to gather diagnostics, and I click okay, then the game stops and I restart.

Today it was very strange because two separate computers (1) Mac Pro / late 2013 and (1) Mac Pro 2008 both had this Exception Raised issue the same time.

Hardware details:

#1
Model Name: Mac Pro
Model Identifier: MacPro6,1
Processor Name: 6-Core Intel Xeon E5
Processor Speed: 3.5 GHz
Number of Processors: 1
Total Number of Cores: 6
L2 Cache (per Core): 256 KB
L3 Cache: 12 MB
Memory: 16 GB
AMD FirePro D500

#2
Model Name: Mac Pro
Model Identifier: MacPro3,1
Processor Name: Quad-Core Intel Xeon
Processor Speed: 2.8 GHz
Number of Processors: 2
Total Number of Cores: 8
L2 Cache (per Processor): 12 MB
Memory: 18 GB
Bus Speed: 1.6 GHz
ATI Radeon HD 4870:

Hopefully you received the diagnostics, let me know if I can help by sending you more information. Aqua

I'm unable to select the high shader setting. Dialogue only proposes low and medium...
Was able to do so before.

Just wanted to quantify the FPS drop...

If i minimize all windows i get a solid 30 FPS. However with UI windows open this drops down to 6-10 FPS.

In an attempt to get a higher FPS, I turned on multi-threaded open GL.
Big mistake.
That causes the micro-freezes.

I'm having the EXACT same problem. It must be a Mac issue since I have not problems with Windows on the same Macbook.

Very very very unacceptable!

I'm having this problem occasionally as well. It seems the client doesn't link up with the server as the bar stays grey and only goes orange after Cmd+Q and opening/closing after a few attempts. It's not consistent either; sometimes it works after one open/close attempt, other times it takes 10 or more. The issue also happens at different times of the day so I don't think it's related to server traffic.

Where is the "High" shader setting? All I'm getting is "Medium" under Yosemite OS X 10.10.

1. Can not multi box. It's either a HUGE strain on the machine or it crashes.
2. If one client crashes, the other goes down
3. If I do anything to my sound, switch from headphones to on board... game crashes

This is driving me crazy. I've played this game for years... it's time to get the mac client working properly....

Have you tried disabling multithreaded OpenGL?
