Looking for POS tracking/management software

Spent about an hour on google looking for a good link to download POS tracker/management software. Most links are outdated or the websites no longer exist. Trying to get a tool that help manage POS and keep track of silo levels and fuel, and provides times to which such items would run out or silos would become full. Not looking for a web based program, but something stand alone.
