However, you can keep posting this kind of offers, as long as the thread stays on the first page. You can even try to post offers with negative balance like -4b, -5b, which means not only i should give you the BPO, but i'll aslo have to pay you because it would be an honor to trade with you. Of course, this kind of offers will be rejected. They're only meant to exist for people that seem to have a native troll-addiction
