Thanks for the replies.

Right now I only have battlecruiser skills and weren't planning on investing in any other combat skills atm (I'm concentrating on mainly industry). I think I can handle level 3's in my Cane. I'll give it a shot.

Thanks!

Hi

*Provided you have an L4 agent close enough to the storyline agent you're after. It helps to have lots of tertiary corps with high standing to do this. Also, you get the nearest storyline agent of the same faction you've been working for (iirc), so you couldn't say, grind caldari navy missions and grab a minmatar/gallente aligned corp storyline mission.[/quote]

Actually doint 15 missions for CNR then swapping to any amarr/gallente/minnie agent for the 16th mission will give you a
storyline for either of those, it is only the last mission that determines what storyline you get(they all have to be the same level
agent though, so all 4's or 3's etc), and yes i know this because i used to run 15 Ministry of War combat missions, then i would
run 1 creodron research mission and i would get 1 creodron storyline mission.

Multiple choice!!!

Assuming that you start at a standing of 0.0 The fastest way to grind standing with a corporation is? (For the purposes of better refining yields, etc).

A. Security Missions, starting at level 1.
B. Cosmos missions to up Faction standing and then jump to corp missions at level 4.
C. Mining missions. Just buy all the ore from the local trade hub.
D. Other/None of the Above (please specify below.

Thanks!

The fastest way to gain standing for a corporation starting for scratch is to buddy up with someone already running level 4 missions and who can do them quickly. Join his fleet, he turns the mission in, shares the standing, there ya go. With a couple of friends switching fleets with them in order it's even faster.

And if you have no friends, pay a standing grind service to the same effect.Lol

You're either lying or misremembering. You get a storyline for the 16th mission of the same level for the same faction. The storyline comes from the closest available storyline agent for the proper faction. So 15 for fed navy and one for Creodron might get you a Creodron storyline (if a Creodron storyline agent was the closest available), but the same can't be said for Ministry of War, which belongs to another faction.

Yep, separate tab for each faction and each level.

IIRC they changed this and it's no longer needed to be 16 missions in a row with same level.

I do not not think they changed that, Boris, as you could then blitz through 15 level 1 missions and do a single level 4 and get the fat level 4 storyline mission reward.

Besides, the question was if you can do 15 level X missions for faction A and do a single level X mission for faction B and get a storyline mission with faction B immediatly afterwards. Not in my experience.
