gate gun/station gun aggro follow you after warp

it seems the agro from a station/gate when you attack someone seems to follow you if you warp directtly from gate to gate or station like it seems to transfer it and once your at the new location the new stat/gate guns start shooting and only way to stop it is to dock/jump gate
