To the Providence Holders.

We live in Providence, which worth to its fair residents is immeasurable. This new year is only few days old, so it is time for me to give you the speech of wisdom

We, the Providence Holders have great burden to bear. We have decided to make this region open for all law abiding spaceship captains. We are one unique opportinity in the 0.0 frontier for all, with no regarding of race except for joves.

We offer shelter and possibility to grow for innumerable of corporations and alliances who are completely dependant of us. It is our duty to safeguard our sacred NRDS-policy with religious zeal, for if we wanish, this kind of possibility for alll is gone forever.

We must all be proud to be system owners of this region. It is true, that we are not completely equal, for some of us has been blessed with more peacefull systems, and some of us have more and richer and so one. Of course there is also the CVA, who hold dominion over us all, with just in their side. It was their glorious effort that liberated this region from the tyranny of Ushra Khan, an their forces played vital part in the coalition efforts to take this region back from the heathen occupation during the Great War, when AAA and its vassals held tyranny over our region.

Our duty as a holders is to govern this region wisely and just and with necessary acts to ensure ours and our residents safety for years to come. It is also needed to consider the needs of project deliverance. After all this region will some day be part of the Amarr Empire.

I express my invitation to the Providence wide church to all holder alliances. Your leaders have recieved my mail of instructions of such matter, but have met little intrest. I see matter as a most vital for our future, and beg your reconsideration.

Very soon Iphar and all AFK will show its gratitude towards CVA's leadership over this coalition by returing our EANM II BPO to its owner. So far we have paid 25% shares for its profits, but it is time that we give it back to the Imperial Dreams.

I hope this will fortify our mutual trust and gives a shining example how close friend behabe towards each others.

To non holder residents of the Providence.

You are most welcome here, and we thank you for your presence. We are the beating hearth of this region, but you form its soul.

Many of you have come here chasing the promise of safe 0.0 area, that welcomes outsiders with open arms. You have not been disappointed and your presence makes us greater.

Justice and faith dictates that when there is opportunities, there are also duties.

Your duty is to be obedient residents of this region, and follow the Providence Coalition made laws. Most important is NRDS, which is almost without incident followed trought countless years.

With non holding organizations, I would like to concentrate on one duty especially. That is the duty to respond call to arms.

Each holder alliance is allowed to make call to arms. That can be made publicly or privatelly with other holders. Usually it is more subtle than public. When made public, it is the responsability of every resident to provide ships and manpower to the Providence defence fleets. Without this act, your residence can be nullified, and if that happens in Silent Inifnity Controlled Space, I will do my best to declare those who evade their righteous duty as a heretics and kos.

I also Invite all major non holder alliances to be part of the Providence wide church. you are not recieved instructions, but you can get them by asking in our diplomatic channel multiple times.

I can also give all residing alliances and corporations advice. To properly prepare for possible call to arms, you can put every mont efficient, but decent price ship to wait in times of need. Pilgrim, stealth bomber or tech2 frigate do not cost too much, but can mean difference between victory or defeat.

Freeholders and holders. This region is ours to cultivate, but it must be done with dignity and in pursue of faith and justice.
