I have in my possession 3 run bpcs of: 'Bailey' 1600mm Reinforced Steel Plates, Polarized Torpedo Launcher, and Polarized Heavy Neutron Blaster.
Looking for 1.1 bil for the lot.
(built profit value, according to https://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/blueprint/ is 1.07 bil for the armor plate, 189mil for the torpedos, and 40mil for the neutrons)
Can be delivered anywhere in highsec! (no islands though)

Bailey is up on contracts at 39M
Polarized Torpedo Launcher 40M
Polarized Heavy Neutron Blaster 8M

So you can currently buy all 3 at 87M from contracts.

I thought I would help get you in the right ball park to make a sale.

Wow, damn, I don't know how I neglected to look at contracts for this. Thanks for the heads up. I just went straight for the potential profit. I wonder why they're so cheap compared to the profit that they'll make? Is it due to the high skill requirement?
