Null has its sovereignty

Low sec should have a strong theme of piracy.. / cloaked pirate bases in low sec (not a pos) / Tech one common pirate ships / standard pirate ships for people to enjoy, being able to purchase them in low sec without LP or the high cost without undermining the better faction pirate ships.

Also an additional cloaked pirate base/s sold only in low sec being able to anchor only in null sec, no fitting service, perhaps only repair service, just a safe place to dock for Insurgent pirate activity.

As a low sec piracte, agree that low sec need some love in content thinking out of FW/moons.

Someone here said LS is know as death trap even if its not.Well I think for players not used to LS it is....

When I start Eve and found what I can do in HS. Then I was interested to look to LS,I died right when I entred so fast that I even didnt noticed who kills me.Next time I scouted gate with frig,noone on gate so I go back for other ship and...died again cuz someone cames before I was back... then I lost interest in LS for some time until gate guns come.

When Gguns come I started sniff in LS again.Everytime when I meet someone in combat ship I was killed,no ransom or something was required so I dont care if it was gank,or piracy or what ever.And yes I know I am bad pvper, but its hard to learn against experienced and good fited, prepared LS players.

So I wanted to try mining,venture was OK but kinda low profit.Barge was found fast and killed everytime cuz to slow.So bookmarks and aligning between them and was prepared to warp....kinda to annoying compare to profit.

So I did exploring,that was fine,expect when I found site it was too often founded by someone else and killed me if I didnt warp out immidietly.

Thats my experience and point of wiev,LS is not atractive for me then.

This sound interesting,something specify piracy like for LS.
Cloacked piracy bases,scanable as signature anomaly like npc pirates bases should be interesting.
these bases should produce drugs,these common pirate ships(cuz u cant indy them in empire factoryes,its pirate stuff,forbidden :-) ) ,invent t2 pirate variants etc.

These bases should be weaker then POSes.
Maybe based on pirate corp size.1 man corp can put 3 batteries on his base and weak cloak dvices so it can be more easily scaned down a crushed even by 1 pilot.(risk of LS, isn it?) When 10man corp have 30 bateries and other def stuff,strong cloaks devices.Hard to scan down,propably unbeatable for one pilot,also 30memb corp have higher chance that someone is online and will be alerted that his base is under attack and can go defend it and call others etc.
So gank of raiding pilots will be needed.


Or put something valuable to LS,new specific ores or gases to specific use,new boosters,valuable to refining or something.

there should be no true sov anyplace the owner of a system should just be who occupies it

remove system upgrades just make some systems beter and alter the ones that affect pos and just make them pos upgrades
