Regular client crashes the last 24 hours

Since last night, my clients have been crashing very regular. It is becoming quite irritating now. I tried clearing my cache, lowering my settings, rebooting my machine, updating drivers etc etc etc .. Nothing has worked. It is happening every 10 minutes or so.

I used pingplotter to check the traceroute to you guys. The results are ... well interesting ...
