More Buy Orders than you wallet can handle (negative wallet balance)?

A quick question:

If I have Margin Trading 4 and put up 1bil in buy orders, but only really have 500mil in wallet isk, what happens when I run out of isk? Does my balance become negative?

Are there any major traps to a negative balance (like the inability to sell goods or use the reproccessing function) or is it easy just to sell some goods to get back to positive?

Your order is canceled immediately. This way you are able to establish "fake" demand.
