i have a character that can:

fly all t1 subcaps.

fly all frigs

fly amarr t2 and t3 cruisers

fly an orca (with links) + mining barge

can t2 fit most everything including heavy drones

has 27m sp.

i am interested how much this character is worth and how you decided the value (:

You will need to create an EveBoard link for people to view your skills which is really the only way to estimate it's value. There are many factors which could effect how much you can get for a character...like type of character (PvP, PvE, Industry, etc), Name, Corporation History, Security Status...but most important, the buyer (and what he is looking for and how deep are his pockets).

Also, take a look at other characters which are like your character and that can give you some insight but 27M SP could be worth 10-13B.
