Client won't launch - fresh install

IM on oSX 10.9.5

I was experiencing some bugs in client so removed app and app data from system.

Now did a clean install today (after DT) and now eve won't open at all

If i put the app in dock and launch it the icons bounces a few times then nothing..
Activity monitor says eve is running but using 0 cpu...
Right click and open does the same

any ideas?

Is there a window popping under other open windows showing an error or warning?

See if Mission Control shows any windows open.

Do your security settings allow for an app that is signed by a unknown developer to be launched?
