Why does there seem to be nothing being done for the Mac users, this game is just about unplayable. Don't feel this lack of support is even close to ok for people who are paying every dang month.

At least tell us what is going on please.

Seriously, you can't say 'it's unplayable'. You have to specify what the problem is.

Something is happening when you want to use the client, you may see an error or warning, you are using it in some kind of environment, these details have to be mentioned for a meaningful answer to be formulated.

"It's not working" is 0% useful.

The client has improved by leaps and bounds since I started playing three years ago, and the rate of improvement has rocketed upward under CCP Seagull.

There are still more problems than there should be, but they're indisputably working on it.

What specifically is your issue, and what computer and operating system are you running on? How much RAM do you have?
