Year 115 it at the end and it is time to look what has been happened and give rewards to those, who have reached the eye of this most holy see.

Most important even of this year is of course Imperial Pharmacy joining the alliance. Our negotiations with the High Lady were relative easy, her agreeing our demands of position as just and reasonable. very fast I clibed the social ladder and became one of the senior diplomats. My skills in history and noble customs are without equal, and I can propably understand and speak with those with more...refained taste than those who are not familiar with nobility's needs. I have also very long history in Providence. Longer infact than official alliance system has been alive. I have been here before CVA drove the heathen Ushra Khan out, and have been here ever since wethering all the storms fate has decided to throw upon us.

Im pleased with my time with this alliance. I have always wondered how polite our member base is when vast majority of us are from low born peasant families. Many organizations, who identify themselves as a amarrian loyalists should spend some time with us and learn some manners. Even our Provi Block champions should learn form us, for their common attitude when facing the word of God or praises to her majesty can be almost hostile.

Other important even was elevating honorable Sir Knights Introna into ecclesiarch rank of Governor Bishop, and make his system bishopric of H-GKI6. System was later declared to be religious capital of the entire Providence, overseed by the Patriarchate of the Silent Infinity.

My endeavours to spread true faith has been met with somewhat polite attitude within our alliance. I see, that my personal respect has grown and I believe many of our members have converted to the Imperial Faith.

Our glorious alliance has shown its ability to sustain itself, for we have grand industrial fleet and rich systems to which to cultivate. Altough our agricultural reforms are at constant move, we can also expect some revenues from our ostrich industry. They will provide us meat, feathers and milk.

On military field we are propably one of the most peaceful from the Providence coalition holders. Altough our ongoing engagement in Sukanan contellation has been active for long time, there has been not any kind of major militarization, which is good. There must be atleast one industrial oriented alliance amongs holder alliances in Providence.

Politically our alliance is well respected. Our exalted High Lady has taken great steps to defend the NRDS-policy and has neved done compromices on that area. She knows how vital it is for Providence. Take our NRDS away, and Providence is doomed. Especially we all remember, how our Canoness publicly defended the NRDS-policy to all holder alliances, when se thought that policy was in danger of being compromised.

To make next year prosperous, we must continue to strengthen our industrial power and also strengthen our military reserves in case of major threat to Providence. It is also recommended that every pos owner corporation tries to build fuel reserve to last atleast 2 month in case we are besieged by some resolute enemy.

It is traditional that the end of the year some nomination are made. I have prepared two.

Exalted Canoness and High Lady of the Silent infinity the Raely is now known also as a Most Serene. Her official title is Most Serene Canoness and high Lady of the Silent Infinity.

Sir Hardluck has shown his mining commandeering skills trough the year by providing us major commander bonuses for mining. Without him we would have mined very much less. For his deeds, I grant him title of Mining Protostrator of the Silent Infinity

I have also prepared a gift for our High Lady as a sign of the appreciation she enjoys from all of us.

Firstly she is given Gnosis class battlecruiser, which is equiped with missile launchers, shield modules and cargo scanner. That way our High Lady can monitor that no heresy is smuggled within her realm. Ship is named to Seeker of Truth

Second and very expensive gift is a monocle. Only trough monocle can leader see true meaning of poverty, thus our High Lady can lead her subjects into prosperity when she sees the world as it really is.

I vaguely remember asking this question last year too. It is YC 117, my Lord, not YC 116.

Today I made my first trip to H-G which is a system under AFK ownership in order to plug in a rare monocle given to me by Lord Vaari. How can you never have visited the system your alliance owns for so long you may ask? I may not be there physically, yet I am always watching so intensely that I do not even have to enter local. Even when you believe you are alone, you are being inspected constantly to ensure honor and respect prevail. This gift I am very honored to accept will surely help me with this duty. Today was just the first moment that I physically entered the space and allowed all to see me. A memorable day for me to gaze upon what community we have created here from a new perspective.

In matters of faith our Lord and Ecumenical Patriarch has served us well. He has never lost sight of his intention to keep Amarrian noble beliefs at the core of our membership. With Lord Vaari’s presence comes enlightenment and productivity, communication and majesty. He has truly blessed H-G with his presence and people from all over Providence and Amarr space are drawn there to make homes and grow worthwhile ostrich farms.

Lord Vaari is loved by many and hated by some for his ecclesiastical guidance, and in both cases I’m proud that he wears the AFK ticker. When you are of such undeniable purity and still have 10 who hate you, the only thing that must figured out is how to reach 15 by the next major patch as things are clearly going as can be expected from the green-eyed resentful rebels that lurk in the shadows of Eve. If no one dislikes you, you have not made yourself known to enough people. A genius at self-marketing, and known and respected widely, I have no doubt that Lord Vaari would make a most excellent CSM full of ambition to make dreams come true for the common carebear with pure hearted goals.

Among the divine nominations our Lord has made this year, elevating honorable Sir Knights Introna into rank of Governor Bishop was most important. Governor Bishop Introna is very much at the head of the Silent Infinity family, without him we could not have developed our systems infrastructure so expeditiously, but moreso he cares about all of you beyond your knowledge. All of you, not just in Silent Infinity, but all those we touch in some way he has made thought of your convenience and experience in preparing his stations and systems. Many of you do not know him, have never talked to him, but almost nothing in AFK happens without his involvement on some level. Please make it a point to thank him and tell him why you love AFK because of how much he has invested in our future, and make sure to address him properly, as Governor Bishop Introna as he was so honored to be ranked by our Patriarch.

In matters of NRDS, if you claim to be so and ask me for standings I would like you to take a moment and think about the word “hypocrit” as it could be applied to your following or beliefs regarding NRDS lifestyle. If you are not for the shooting of innocents in Providence, you should also be this way in all space. Be one way or the other and I don’t care very much which for we can always use more things to shoot, but be a decent human being if you want people to have fun playing with you, on either side of the field. You can try to justify it all you like, you can say that wormholes are for making money or such and must be protected differently, but playing NBSI in one place and NRDS in the other goes against the central values that innocents shouldn’t be shot in sophisticated play. Be civil, be polite, play honest, be consistent, or you simply will not be invited to play with AFK.

There are times in all alliances spies cannot be avoided, when our insistent enemies put blue alts in our channels or fleets and try to hide among us, yet they stand out against the crowd with a red ambience that cannot be hidden. Remember that although they may even be among us in AFK for some short times, they are forever on the outside looking in for stolen glimpses at our inner alliance family that cannot be broken, or shaken through all temporary defeats, and beyond all comprehension, just trying to figure us out and steal what amounts to less than a puny haul to us. The weak and impatient will leave us for the best, traitors will show themselves in time and be gone, and from time to time we may remove those who have committed heretical acts. In the end I will keep watchful eye in this blessed gifted monocle over a legacy group of genuine people that can still call each other friends. And over time all enemies we have known will dissolve into nothing as it has been so it will continue to be.
