Noir. has some excellent pilots who are also great teachers. Noir. Academy will take you from Zero to Hero in a very short time and you'll have a lot of fun along the way.

Don't join NOIR academy, they will kill/pod you on first mistake.... literally.

Then they will post it on youtube and try to demand isk from you to take it down.

These guys dec'd on my old alliance earlier this year, I was a little worried at first but I never saw a single KM from them. I'm sure they would have been paid in advance though. Maybe not good mercs or trainers, but at least they've found a fun way to make isk.

If you dont like listening to FC instructions ( from people that have years of pvp behind them and are sharing all that experience with you for free, giving you their time and energy ) and you dont like to do what you are being instructed to do in order to become good pvp pilot, than dont join.

This, pretty much. I went through the Academy and was very glad that I did. All it requires is that you be able to listen, follow instructions, and not be a total ass. It's surprising how many people aren't able to do even that much.

To be fair to NOIR I'll admit that I was told to take the cloak off before hand and I did say no... and yes I was drunk, literally.

If you need someone to just ruin your targets day these are the guys to hire. Much love to mah buds in Noir. Take care all... Even though I'm leaving EVE for another game (SW:TOR) I will always remember my time with you guys as one of the highlights of my EVE career. It was a blast helping create what Noir. has become and it's even more of a blast knowing it's continued on and Alek continues to lead you guys to great things.
