I got pretty horrible standings with minmattar and gallente (-4 to -5), I was pondering trying the Amarr epic arc but does it sends me through gallente or minmattar space?

Edit:
Also, if I pick the amarr path all missions are in highsec?

same questions for amarr cosmos.

Amarr epic is entirely within Amarr space, no lowsec.

Amarr COSMOS is entirely within Amarr space, but does involve some lowsec. (Only courier missions, if I remember, it's been a few years.)

Only if you don't pick the Sansha side near the end of the arc. But if you do those missions are very easy and are in a section of low sec that doesn't have a large population.

I've done the Amarr epic a few times. Only 1 time with the mission Making an Arrest did I have to go to low sec. There is no combat in this mission and it can be completed with a cov ops.

If you do the Amarr Branch of the arc, as opposed the Sansha branch, sometimes you get a mission that sends you to lowsec. It's a non-combat mission and can easily be done in frigate.
