Thanks all and thanks tordin - i'll definitely be playing more soon. As for FHC, somehow I don't think of them as the target audience for this stuff.

Pretty awesome, maybe there's a chance we could couple these together on a stream that encompasses a live Q+A plus a roam?

oh and PS - please someone come up with a good name for us, we really can't figure that one out

If you're looking for a name to convey that the podcasts are to help the newer players, it might not need to be a witty or pun name, something like "Eve tips and tricks; a veterans' commentary" or something like that might be good way for players to know what the podcast offers before they even click it.

im not so good with names, the stream name "2 idiots and a ship maintenance array" came from someone's observations of us.

I dont think im in the target audience too much either, but i still find interesting/entertaining either way regardless of my own skill level or knowledge to get some 'outside' ideas on how to do things.

I think you should atleast give it a go. Im sure lots of them will appreciate it, and quite alot of them are quite interested in getting into solo/learning more about it as most are just ex-blob alliance people anyway, and those who are will likely be interested in helping this grow in some way or the other so you can hardly lose anything on doing it.

Episode 2 posted.

We went a little over time on this one and maybe wandered a bit more but I think we were a little more comfortable as well. Hopefully you like it as much as the first.

Let us know what you think!

Loved the second episode even more than the first.

I especially liked the detailed discussion on finding fights. While most of it was not really new to me, it was still really good to have some things I've been doing confirmed or denied as conducive to fights, and just simply to hear your guys perspective on the issue.

Can't wait for the next one!

As for a name... how about The Soloers Lounge? Meh, I'm terrible with names too.

Good stuff, yup really enjoyed that again. Especially the parts about the neuts/cap management and then the part about finding fights.

If I can make a request for the next 1 ^^ . How about discussing blasters and the tactics involved using them, how do you prevent being kited for instance?

Looking forward to the next 1.

I think this episode is brilliant. There's so much in here.

NOT the type of podcast where the listener can allow their attention to wander for minutes at a time - do that and you'll miss a TON of really important advice and tips.

Thanks again guys Big smile

how bout a little bit on frig or low sp pvp? is it even viable? and when do you reach a point where your chances of success are basically only minimized by your piloting?

i am enjoying this far more that the other eve "podcasts"

Tbh, I think there are better people to ask about that out there. Both these guys are outstanding pvp'ers, but neither has been low-sp in a long while, and I have never seen Kovorix at least in a frig.

There is a number of blogs dedicated to this kind of stuff though, and if you want to spend some ISK - Podcat's lesson's are supposed to be really good (not sure if he still does them though).

@ The Podcast, was a nice listen-to, even though my wife, who was in the same room, got a bit restless after an hour or so ;)

My creativity namewise is limited to "Podded!" or "Damn podded again", maybe PodCurse, or PodCursed?

Edit: "Podded Wisdom" Cool

Wanted to comment after listening to the first one and forgot it. Not again though, i very much like the second one and would agree that it is probably even a little bit better than the first. Just hope you don't run out of steam cause I think this one is good for vets as well as for rather fresh pvpers :)
