my negative 4.4 security rating for amarr empire was not stated when i purchased this character id like to buy in to mission running on level 4 missions only till im able to do thm myself ill pay per mission an so on

Fleet mechanics don't share mission rewards in the way you want.

Train diplomacy, do level 1's. If you don't want to do level 1's do the data centers. Search online "evelopedia data centers". Bear in mind you'll only be able to do the level 1 ones at first till you get below -2.00 effective.

I should point out that doing missions for the Amattar faction "spills over" 72% of the gain to Amarr.

So here's what I would do:

Train Diplomacy as high as you can. You want the adjusted Amarr standings to be ABOVE -2. This gives you access to all agents, when you have good corp standings.

Diplo IV ain't that long. If you are CLOSE to -2 (say, -2.5 or something) you might just do Amattar or caldari missions. Or Data Centers. Or the Sisters of Eve Arc. Or an easy Cosmos mission.

What the previous guy said is right. Faction standing does not transfer. And that, ultimately, is what you are after.

But let's assume you had a TON of money. Here's what I would do:

Get Diplo as high as possible.
Run Data Centers till I couldn't because of standings
Pay a standing service to up the standings
Run more data centers.

i appreciate the advice i was negative 4.40 now im 1.8 are something i ran the data core missions for ammarr empire first then i did them for caldira those alone got me under the -2 now are you ever able to use those data core agents again are is it just once ty for the help you guys made this much easier thn i thought possible

you can use Data Core Agents as often as you like, However, they run like missions ...... for example I go up a level of standings and that opens up a higher level data agent, I can still do missions for the lower level agent, but it would be better if I did the higher level missions.

just be aware that some of the Higher level Missions Will be a lot harder to do, as you need a Lot of Tags, and unless you have a LOT of Isk to Buy them, you will need to grind a lot of Missions just to get the tags.

doing the 45 starter agent missions helps with faction standings alot, i recently got my gellante from -9.67 to -0.82 in about 3-4 days + some training. There are 3 sets of starter agents, which will effect your standings with the faction you are doing them for positively, and their ally too. However they do have the negative effect on enemy faction too, so make sure you have a buffer.
