Ah things have changed. I don't remember reading that in the rules a few years ago :)

I confirm HandelsPharmi b/o offer of 3.2 bil received in game. I am waiting for the isk transfer before transfering this character to his account.

Isk received, character being transferred to the account name provided. It takes about 10 hours.
