I'm looking to train Amarr Carrier for triage.

Before I go there, what would you recommend for me to train? I started with exploration to make ISK as my skills would be focused in logistics stuff. I'm split between amarr and gallente, able to fly amarr battlecruiser but went back to focus in frigate stuff by demand of reason.

As I will train Logistics, should I grab Recon as a sideline? How about the Confessor destroyer? Should I stick to Amarr or work with gallente (I started it because of sisters of eve ships for exploration)? How do Gallente and Amarr logistics compare?

I have figured training any other carrier than Amarr with this character name would be heresy.

go for a guardian, the playstyle is somewhat similar to archon (loosely using the word similar here).

Along the way you can pick up gallente cruiser V and fly a stratios with sentries for exploration. You will be needing good drone skills to fly an archon anyway.

Thanks, that's kind of the plan. Going gal cruiser V would open up Oneiros too, which should be a good option. Prehaps I should do Recons as well if I go dual race... Oh well I need to train all the skills again. How do I shake this feeling

Archon is going to be a long train. Maybe pick something closer to ground level to be your long-term goal, cause if you're looking to fly an Archon properly, particularly if you're going to be doing any cross-training during that time, you'll be waiting a couple years. Cruisers are the most flexible ship class in any race. Choosing a T2 Cruiser is generally a good place to start as far as long-term goals go. If you're interested in Logi, try out the Guardian. IIRC it is superior to the Oneiros. Also check out the Pilgrim, Curse and the Legion. Those are all great ships for what they're intended for, and if you realize you hate being a Guardian pilot at least you can divert your training into something else before you're otherwise committed by going straight for an Archon.

He will win who knows when to fight and when not to fight.

He will win who, prepared himself, waits to take the enemy unprepared.

Bug CCP about removing jump skills as requirements for a ship that doesn't need to jump anymore.

Use the newbie angle and make sure you mention how unappealing it is to train a painful skill and then be punished again for using it, with fatigue.

I disagree. It is a relatively short train to start cycling capital reps on people. lowsec PVP hinges on this.
