I'm getting disconnected from this to the point where it's unplayable.

This is the only game I'm having a problem with and I'm not using wifi or anything. Here's my speedtest.net result http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4018159314

Is it possible that the problem is with eve online itself? I used to play several months ago with the same ISP and never got this issue before.

I am getting more disconnects after Rhea was launched. I filed support ticket, but I got the generic response (which you can see at the stickies).

I have a theory that after Rhea there are more people online and especially in regions that are more active perhaps the server is choking more often than it used to.

CCP says they monitor this and it's not their fault, but I feel the same way too... but let's say it's nobody's fault - it really doesn't matter if it makes the game unplayable - if there is indeed nothing they can do in terms of their networking code - at least change game mechanics to mitigate some of the impact. For example I keep losing drones in anomalies because they get targeted and destroyed by NPCs. At least as far as PVE is concerned - I know that some of this can be abused in PvP.
