Something wrong wtih redeem items?

I'm unable to redeem items I have available. Is anyone else experiencing this?

You're not docked in a station where you can redeem them to?

Else no, haven't noticed any problems redeeming.

I was in station and tried it on two chars - nothing. It just failed silently. Now it's good :)

Apparently it just needed the magic of Chribba to get it going Lol Thanks!

I have been having issues redeeming items as well, throughout the entire week. I suppose it is petition time. : <

Just wanted to clarify about the redeeming system:

If you've selected your Holiday Gift Bundle (via the Account Management website) you will not be able to redeem it until the 22nd. If you try before then, you'll get a 'You have nothing to redeem' error.

I can't get rid of my darn signature!  Oh, wait....

Out of 3 accounts, 1 worked, but 2 accounts are not able to redeem gift.
Character is in hsec and docked, but the redeem just doesn't do anything. Well, I get question "blah blah, are you sure?", answer yes and.... nothing. No implant, and the redeem button doesn't vanish.

Petitioned 3 days ago, but still no answer and 21st is coming fast. Guess I'll just "didn't want it anyways"

Gotta ask, you didn't uncheck the items did you?

Just recently redeemed 10 items on 5 accounts, no probs here.

Didn't uncheck, and I have tried numerous times on different days.
As said, one of my accounts worked like a charm...

Hmm, it's a longshot, but maybe I'll try to login with "the working" client those two un-remeedable characters..

had the same trouble for days.
log in, enter hangar, press esc and redeem from the settings window finaly gave me the implant.
