With a trade toon ( fairly maxed out ) i am servicing a not to busy highsec region ,

Competition gets dealt with rapid, and none had the isk or spirit to stay to fight it out on the market
longer then a week.
Competition is dealt with with the scourged earth tactic, leave no profit to be made at all.
( for anyone ) On any item... at all..
Add some contract kills to the mix on there hauling / corp / industrial partners .. you get the idea.

No i don't *own* the region, but i leave some small guys around but the big boys do get tortured away.
Until so far anyway, this is eve after all and things can change rapid.
There is always somebody around with more isk and willpower.

However, i do run into a max sell/buy , there not enough people to buy more stuff, or they
do there isk making more in so, selling me there loot / minerals.
Basically, i have it nearly all.. but i want more.

So far i was thinking...

1: Lure in more bears/pvp'ers ? ( somehow.. )
Seems to much like a gamble, and mostly to much effort involved , if it works...

2: Cut down on my own buy in cost, and produce more..
Effort.. but possible

3: Cut down on hauling cost ( i 3e party nearly all my hauling , mostly to -feed- the small guys.
Mhe, while i do spend a fair amount of isk on transport.. It still does not give me the extra
customers im looking for.

4: Find another region to harvest..
Mhhh... possible...

And there is probably a lot more that i missed to increase my cash-flow into the wallet.
What could you advice me to increase my profits ?

Well there are some excellent investment opportunities on this forum if you have extra isk laying around.

Very true.

Why do the work yourself, when you could let us do the work for you?

It sounds like you may be getting a little bored. Why don't you tell us which region you are working and maybe we can come up with a specific solution to enhance your game play. Not all regions are the same.

No, but seriously. If you are getting pushed out, you're getting pushed out. It all comes down to how much time do you want to spend making little to no ISK? Your operation may have simply gotten to big for your fish bowl. Perhaps it originally made plenty of ISK to justify the time but now it doesn't? Sometimes you have to step back and look at whats going on from another view point. It might be time to make some real changes. The knowledge you've acquired from your current operation will always stay with you but you might need to do something new for a couple of days. This change of perspective can help you spot new avenues of profit that you can't see because your too focused on your current operation. Take an EVE vacation.

Create a Miner Bumper Insurance service provider for your region, including permit updates. Just ask a small fee a month ;)...

Good point , it is isk vs time investment , and no while its not that hard to figur out where i am..
:)

At the moment also looking at a little side-swindle to start a low sec outpost for the isk making,
my starting fortune ( kaugh ) came from 0-sec operations so not so much of a issue.

( yeah yeah, low is not 0-sec.. i know.. )

And no, making it a war-zone isn't really on the table, a lot of new players come here in this area to grow up,
i am the kind of pussy that likes that and wants them to stick around to grow up a bit :)

On the other hand ( emotional warning ) , the only reason i do the trade thing is to keep some accounts running
until i can get the pvp-toon off his leach again into activity ( rl time issue )
I could also just be happy with the current situation allowing me to do that.

or not.. its EVE.. must .. control... the ... universe !!!
