I have also been known from time to time to enforce space littering regulations, and unlawful occupancy/vagrancy in asteroid belts, planets and moons. Careless planetary industrialists also launch unregisted cans into space, which are confiscated under my watch as well.

All this is to make for a brighter, space-litter free tomorrow.

Would you like to know more?

Indeed I would, in my encounters the criminal elements fail to see how they're harming the delicate balance of a system with their rampant pollution and taking ore at a rate faster than the resource can renew itself. The behavior appears to be sociopathic in nature however they show a real caring when you attempt to relieve them of the weapons they use to devastate whatever area they've taken up residence in.

You know after I posted this topic, I somehow knew this would happen.

You are an hero.

I fixed that for you.

Now it's wrong.

Indeed, one is A hero, not a hero, or an hero.

Anyhow, I think people who commit violence in high sec should be removed forcibly from their guns.

Unless they pay concord off first, and give notice of intent towards said regime.

Not sure about the sec hit, seems like a lure to make people go to nul-sec.

I believe aggression against a character could be warranted, but aggression against an account holder, should be a banable offence.

Getting you on your feet.

So you've further to fall.

When I'd see wrecks, I would find out who flew them and fine those people for littering.

Don't start on me, I'm expected to use the queens English, do excuse the cap, it was used to emphasise the pronunciation.

So you've further to fall.

If they offer me anything less than 1 billion ISK, I will blow their ship out of the waterspace.

So you'd be the kind of Concord agent that suddenly shows up and warp disrupts a ship and says "What is this sir - carefully places a can of illegal boosters in the cargo hold - Looks like we have a drug abuser". And I can easily imagine the next sentence : "How do you plead ?" - Not guilty Mr Concord officer - "I knew you'd say that" - What does that mean Mr Concord officer? - "I AM THE LAW - Possession of illegal substances 5 years, Attempting to flee and resist arrest 15 years, talking back to a Concord officer, LIFE !".

Illegal boosters? You're more likely going to see people carrying illegal blueprints for valuable pirate ships in tiny, untanked ships. There are also plenty of freighters attempting to evade customs by hauling very large quantities of items in unmarked containers. There a blight to the spacelanes, but of course, the ultimate transgression is hauler Orcas. They completely ignore the law, from speeding to violating common cargo-hold limitations put in place to protect us all from spontaneous Orca combustion.

Join up as a CONCORD officer today, and protect the spacelanes from irresponsible hauling!

I like how you made it look like I was replying to him, when he was actually replying to me :D

hm.
anyone who has ever suicide ganked someone would be ransomed, and killed.
depending on the ship ganked i would take 4x the ship value ( not cargo) so killing a hulk i would accept abut 800m for bribe.

need to keep in mind how much the ship and equipment they have is worth, going over that amount usually leads to a failed attemp. Say you demand 300 mil and I can Rebuild that same ship at 200 mil. Why would I pay?

9 times out of 10 they only chose PvE setup ships, so they know they can survive.
