Great idea eve, reduced LY jump for carriers and other caps, give us little alliances a chance to fight and expand.

My concern is that fact that it takes em 2 days to use a Jumpbridge, not that good, why did you affect jump bridges? i know you want more traffic in the stargates, but when you go to the JP sometimes you have to take gates, it is really silly.

Because there are massive JB networks through blue regions of null. Force projection if fatigue didn't effect JB would not be as nerfed. Also, if you got a 2 day timer from a JB you already had fatigue, JB fatigue calculations work the same as jump drives.

i don't understand your first point, by nerfing all the jumping, the larger null alliances are more reluctant to jump forces to protect outskirt land making it easier for the smaller alliances to take some for their own, just go look at dotlan. If your not currently fighting and expanding then something is wrong, and i would recommend some cheese and crackers.

youre not supposed to be attacking anyone... its pure defence boost

so, heh, good luck all you 'small entities' trying to start in null

The point is to reduce the speed at which caps can be moved around. By nerfing one method and not another, this has not been achieved. Large alliances have large amounts of space, and are more likely to have jump bridge networks. Leaving them free to use these unpenalised doesn't low them down.

If brute force isn't working, you're just not using enough.
