Where do you get the Zainou 'Deadeye' ZGL110?

I am looking for a "Hardwiring - Zainou 'Deadeye' ZGL110" I was wondering where you get that implant from? I could not find it and was wondering if it was even seeded in the game.

Like all the 2%, 4%, and 6% implants, it's from the Concord LP store. The 4% implants are probably hard to find on the open market because people assume you'll either go for a 3% if going cheap or a 5% or 6% if you want max benefit - if you're dead set on getting one you'd best get in touch with one of the many people selling Concord LP and set up a deal.

I checked the concord stations.....does it have to be in gallente space per chance?

it comes from the concord loyalty point store as a reward for doing incursions. however tryign to find that implant in that store is really hard, it should cost more that 30 million isk and less than 250 million. so sort by price.

Why Can't I have a picture signature.

Also please support graphical immersion, bring back the art that brought people to EvE online originaly.
