Anti Ganking Under New Mangement

Today an operation was conducted by Elite members of CODE. and supporters Goonswarm Federation, also with the help of our spies; mainly one Veers Belvar

The operation was to take out all Anti-Ganking Intel channels. I'm happy to report this operation was a success and the tears are starting to flow

Within twenty minutes of the original owner of the channel regaining control (through completely fair in-game means), real life threats of violence are starting in it again :(

Anti-gankers, can you keep the hatred of us in-game? I respect those of you like Sarah Flynt, the pre-defection Gorila and Jennifer en Marland that are civil but worthy opponents on the battlefield. Shoot at us in game or attack our supply lines, but don't threaten to vandalize our cars IRL.

IRL I'm a health professional in training. A healer of the sick. In game I play much the same role, but with a greater emphasis on spiritual sickness. I heal minds and souls in game. So I role-play somebody different in-game, you see? My in game self is even more of a good person. I don't volunteer nearly as much time (that's not to say I don't do it at all, I do) to helping people IRL as I do to helping in this game.

Clearly someone who plays cooking mama should have their food handlers. And players on call of duty need to go through boot. And don't even get me started about the qualifications and psych evals to be a time traveling assassin.

Yeah well obviously there's a fine line here but I think CODE clearly crosses it. If they just ganked, whatever. It's not really about the ganking, it's the bigger picture plus the fact that it's not a clearly predefined role, it's something you really have to carve out for yourself. They carved it out and then went a hundred extra miles to troll/infuriate their victims. Sociopaths? Probably only a very few of them. Extremely poor taste? Certainly in the context of this quote.

I would like to first congratulate Gorila on such a master stroke. With this one act alone you have "played Eve" more than the bulk of those miner idling in these channels mindlessly shooting rocks thier entire time in-game ever have. You have struck a blow against the whining and venom that is the norm those channels and I salute you.
