As others have already mentioned, it should be capitalized. Next to that the -name- should be globally known as a name (just words are excluded). This doesn't happen over night. The name Chribba for instance would be worth quite a lot and would easily get past 2 plex.

Make a name (make sure it's not lame) -> change the game -> drown in fame -> collect your aim (goal doesn't rhyme)
However, by the time you're getting at 'drown in fame' you either have other goals than collecting ISK, or you have found other ways to earn ISK.

I feel misunderstood.

Why would it need capitalisation? Why does it need any "fame" ?
It's a pure gimmick name, like "top belt" ... hm.
