No True Toaster, huh?

This has the potential for being vaguely amusing.

(Well, I suppose that should be True Intentions.)

It's apparently too difficult to ring up the True Slaves Foundation.

Seems that I need to pay more attention to things beyond my camera drone range.

It seems to me that many loyalists fails to grasp what is written, and have decided to denounce me as a result of their misunderstandings. I do not answer to these people..

Can you order your true citizens to send me some Isk? Maybe turn on the Amarr Militia? Or a fully fit Fleet Issue Hurricane to my home base in Eram? That'd be GREAT!

That was an amusing theory, if it required a black flag operation to have loyalists reveal themselves then someone has really just not been paying attention. I have never hidden my loyalties in the least, and clearly those loyalties are to the empress alone. That is believable right?

Transmission begins.

There is a loud Khanid battle march playing in the background.

The camera shows a floor of oxidized steel tiles. Something slowly moves towards the viewer, casting a pitch-black, deformed shadow. It approaches.

...It is a toy of some sort.

The screen dispays the comical figurine for a while in great detail as the march keeps playing, then goes dark.

Further investigation of the sub space transmission that were discoverd, shows that It was sent by Gallentean agents in Stain. Thousands of ships have been lost in the search for answers, and at this date, it's unsure we will find any more than what we have found. Now that we know who the sender is, our efforts will be to track down the files that lead to the transmission.

You mean kill reports? This has been covert work, I very much doubt there will be any reports filed.

You will be surprised just how good CONCORD is at pulling up kill reports out of their arses no matter how covert your ops are.

You're doing a smashing job of keeping this whole thing covert.

No, seriously. There's not an intelligent person in the Cluster that would believe you're capable of an extended covert action from this point forward.

Congratulations.

The True Slave Foundations exists, most assuredly. The Capsuleer Division has been temporarily reassigned to various different tasks. Many of our combat pilots are persuing a mission in Metropolis, while some of our Industrial pilots remain part of the Foundations to serve the operations of the other Divisions. Capsuleer Combat level actions are not currently required by the operating divisions of the True Slave Foundations.

The CONCORD Kill Report Filing system is in place whenever a ship is destroyed by, or is itself, a Capsuleer vessel belonging to Non Navy Capsuleer factions. Non Capsuleer civillian ships that trespass in Nation territory most likely do not have official Kill Reports filed with CONCORD by the black boxes aboard.

I have several capsuleer kills from the Federal Navy, the Templis Dragonaurs and a couple from Home Guard. (ahem) Because of reasons. Concord issued the standard killmail in all cases.

For the first time since I started the conversation, he looks me dead in the eye. In his gaze are steel jackhammers, quiet vengeance, a hundred thousand orbital bombs frozen in still life.

Note I did say 'whenever a ship is destroyed by, or is itself, a Capsuleer vessel belonging to Non Navy Capsuleer factions'. You do qualify as a Capsuleer belonging to Non Navy Caspuleer Factions.
