I am seeing what is available for a character who is specialized in all things cruiser.

All races are encouraged, three minimal.
Amazing core skills and all needed weapon support skills to 5.

I have no real need for any larger hulls trained or injected.
I am expecting 40-75m SP.

Please post what you have to offer.
