Edit: I actually thought the rant in the video was scripted for this video. It's even more ridiculous to know that it was someone's real rant after losing a missioning ship.

To be fair, it's pretty accurate. People are generally so intent on killing people and going "but it's PvP in a PvP game trollolol" that they ignore the fact that games are supposed to be entertainment. It's not like I'd opt for a PvPless game, but look at the reaction when a newbie has a hard time, people immediately respond with "can I have your stuff" or "bye then!" and alienating them rather than trying to encourage them to enjoy EVE for the same reasons the rest of us do.
