Full meta 13/14 fit ships everywhere are not realistic (TQ) conditions. Supers getting seeded just leads to chaos and less actual testing being accomplished as well (CCP knows this) so neither will happen. If you want to test faction mods, get to Jita after the mirror and buy them, or simply own them on TQ. If you want to test a super, have one on TQ, build one, or borrow one from TQ. There's plenty of options available for you to test what you want, you just need to put a little effort into it.

You are the perfect example of a person not wanting someone else having a SC or Titan to compete with.

How can having them cause problems? There is a "no capital" system already.
