Alliance & Corporation Recruitment Center

I've run out my 14 day trial and am now officially a paying member... and I'd like to join a player corporation. Here's what I'm looking for, and what I have to offer:

Interests:

• Archaeology. Don't ask; it's an RP thing. But I also want to have someone to give info on other things I scan down in the process, but lack the equipment to properly exploit.
• Building stuff. I really want to be involved, in some fashion, in the development of some really sweet facilities, even institutions.
• Frigate swarm. I want to learn how to properly fly in or even lead a swarm of frigates against other frigates or larger targets. It just appeals to me... particularly since I'm not likely to be able to play enough to get to the big ships all that quickly.
• Anti-piracy. Oh, don't get me wrong; I think pirates (and even full force "griefers") are an important part of the game (otherwise, I'd be playing STO). But I'd enjoy the strategic challenge of attempting to make an area of nullsec nearly as safe as lowsec... if that's even possible in this game.
• Big business. An amateur economist, I look forward to exploring and playing the markets.

Assets:

• Demonstrated tactical and strategic abilities in other games. For instance, I lead a mean Lazer Tag team. :p I also play SMAC on Transcend.
• Patience. I actually enjoy scanning and mining, for example.
• Attitude. You'll never hear me whine about "griefers" for example.

Liabilities:

• Low skill point total. I ain't exactly there yet (just a little over 600K).
• Day job and semi-active social life: I won't be on 24/7.

Does anyone think I'd make a good fit for their corporation?
