EVE is trying to trash me, HELP!

When I login I get redirected to the character customization. Why that? The problem is the customization starts with some naked guy who is not me. If I cancel it doesn't help, at next login I return to the character cust. again. I cannot reproduce myself, it takes too much time. How can I skip the customization screen? (I won't click on the LIKE button for posts like "EVE is trying to do you a favor" or so... Ugh. I need professional help, yes Attention)

Click the small tick-box next to the NO button when it asks you to do the recustomization.

It doesn't ask me, it forces me right into the customization when I'm trying to enter the game from the character selection.

Clear your cache, if that doesn't help petition it.

Clearing cache didn't help. Petition takes too long. I'm going to recreate myself, sigh...
