Player Owned Casinos?

I was looking through all the EVE sounds I extracted (looking for good phone sounds) and some of them were UICasinoOpen, UICasinoClose, and UICasinoTXT. And they all sound like casinos or poker chips.

Are there any casinos in game currently? Is this a planned feature?

I think there will be some gambling type games when Incarna expands to player establishments.

Ohh nice. If only walking around wasn't so clunky. Hopefully they fix in-person to not be so crappy by then. It'd be nice if you could just do it all docked and not having to actually get out.

Player loan sharks! Gambling rings only legal in null-sec! They could do so much with casinos.

Seeing the kind of game Eve Online is, its pretty much a given that gambling will come in at some point (some alliances already organizes somes). CCP must have been working on it, in Incarna, like Salazar said. However, seeing the current change of plan they had, it means we'll have to wait a while until they continue said work though, i guess.
