AFK Coaking...Can we fix this?

Seriously. When is CCP going to fix this dumbass broken mechanic?

There is ZERO counterplay to this low-ass, dirt-bag, pussyfoot mechanic.

Let's look at the options you have when you are being cloaked:
-Dock up, don't talk in local and hope he gets bored.
-Continue about your day and hope he's bluffing.
-Try to bait a fight. Completely stupid because the cloaker has 100% of the control on when to engage.
-Move systems(really?)
-Log off.

Seriously, this **** is so broken. No counterplay to this at all and one pilot can shut down an entire system.

Thoughts?

As a strategy spamming duplicate threads on a non-issue you can't get any movement or support on isn't usually successful.

If one person afk cloaking "shuts down" your system then you are so bad anything I say just won't matter.

There are far more 'broken' mechanics in game than AFK cloaking. Try being bumped in a freighter for 45 minutes while the bumper waits for his ganking buddies to get online!

I'm indifferent to AFK cloaking tbh. I can see that it would be annoying but it is also a useful tool in disrupting enemy alliance bears from isking it up.

Good Morning,

Please refrain from reposting redundant threads. I have locked this for the below reasons. We all are aware of AFK cloaking and how it affects people playing the game, however thread number 956226123 of "PLZ NERF" will likely get closed almost instantly.

If you believe this mechanic does need an overhaul please feel free to create a constructed and thought out debate within the Features and Ideas forum to achieve a consensus and pitch the idea towards CCP.
