Anyone know why i am unable to seel these teir 2 ship equipment?

i came across a wreck and found some teir 2 equipment in it, however i am unable to sell it on the market. i am a farily new player and haven't put much in the ways of skill points to marketing. am i just missing a skill level or something?

If its off a "players" wreck it'll need to be repackaged.
in some cases might also need repairs before you can repack it
that depends if the part was overheated before the ship went bang.

right click the module and select repackage on the context menu

You said 'fairly new' so I'll throw this out there just in case: You also have to move the item from your ship's hold into the station. Can't sell things directly from your ship.

I mention this because it caused me 20 minutes of head-scratching once. (And look at me now.)

I didn't think about stuff still in the ship Oops
I've often tried to repackage stuff thats still in my hold, only to eventually realise Idea

Make sure it's in hanger(not ships cargo), right click, repackage(not reprocess) & sell. If it's damaged you might have to repair it first by right clicking. I'm pretty sure you are the first person to ever have a problem like this in eve.
The game is normally quite intuitive.Ugh

Also, if its mining crystals they may be damaged and can't be sold on the market. Its annoying.

But you can reprocess those and then sell the minerals.

This is true of laser crystals (ammo) as well, as they cannot be repaired.
