Chat Channel for Women Gamers (WGoE)

WGoE (Women Gamers of EVE) is an ingame chat channel created in 2003 for IRL women gamers.

WGoE's EVElopedia entry (via the Wayback Machine) provides some of the channel's history including why WGoE was created in the first place.

WGoE's public chat channel is "Women Gamers public". Both guys & gals are welcome to chat to us there. In order to get into the private "WGoE" channel you will need a voice interview with one of the channel moderators.

If you know any IRL women that play EVE and you think they might be interested in the group, please get them to check out the EVElopedia (Wayback Machine) article and to contact us in-game.

I have been active in that channel in the past but then it seemed to quiet down. I think that was mostly because my sleep pattern just went totally off, lol, so it could have just been bad timing :P

One day I will get my wife into EvE to infiltrate this channel and get my hands on the most hidden secrets of New Eden.
Where else can they be hidden if not in a channel full of beings with above average social skills? Twisted
