Paladin Order is a nullsec based corp. We recruit most of our people as rookies and have an emphasis on training and developing our people. Our first love is PvP, but one of our aims is to open up as much of the game as possible to our members.

For the first time, we are seeking to recruit more experienced players. In particular this would be a great chance for someone who has been knocking around hi-sec for a while and wants to get into PvP and the high-end nullsec game. What sets us apart is our willingness to invest a lot of time and patience in training our members up. You won't be thrown in the deep end to figure things out on your own, and we encourage participation but place few absolute demands.

We aim to punch above our weight by being organised and disciplined. But we don't see ourselves as elite pvp. We want to be good at what we do, not anal about what we do. Having fun is more important than KB stats. There are various ops run at scheduled times, and some things will (rarely) be compulsory if you are online. But we don't insist that folks log on at certain times or maintain a hard minimum activity level.

We encourage a friendly, helpful, considerate ethos. We think of ourselves as the 'good guys', so we won't tolerate scamming, bullying or abuse. We want mature, drama-free pilots. We don't have a huge list of rules and regulations; rather we want to put together a group of like-minded people and trust them to get along sensibly.

Timezones: mostly EU, some US, thin AP.

What we offer:

* Access to the high end sovereign nullsec game.
* Access to most of what the game has to offer: we have our own research installations, capital ships, run small gangs to big fleets, Incursions, Wormholes and so on. We do not offer piracy, scamming, or griefing.
* Very generous SRP typically covering close to 100% of replacement hull and fittings cost. This covers most reasonable PvP losses including a number of solo losses per month. It's not restricted to 'official' ops.
* Our tax rate has always been 0%. From time to time we have asked for defined regular ISK contributions (the most was 15 misk a week). Currently our finances allow us to waive this programme. I.e. we are not asking for any ISK at all.
* Full range of comms and out of game tools that you would expect.
* 18 week structured training programme, refined over the years. We think it's one of the best in EVE.
* Stable, committed leadership and membership (three year old corp)

What we are looking for:
* You buy into our attitude and goals
* You want to PvP. You may be relatively experienced or completely new to it. If you are obsessed with KB stats there are more elite organisations which would suit you better.
* You are willing to learn. Our training calls for roughly 3-hour blocks of time once a week; the sessions are repeated where possible but we can't guarantee to arrange this around any one individual's schedule. There are however full written illustrated notes.
* You want to help build up a small, fun organisation and community
* You need to be able to listen to audio comms; we prefer if you have a mic too
* Cooperation with security vetting
