Lotto Drawing Rules :

* 200 Tickets
* 50Million Per Ticket
* Open to All
* Plex's will be contracted to winner in jita 4-4, to the same account the isk was sent from
* All tickets will be in order of buys (Person buys 5 tickets, he gets 1,2,3,4,5)
* Lotto will not be drawn until all tickets are sold
* Any tickets bought over 200 will be refunded within 24hours
* Send Isk to General Alcador Maricadie with the reason General01
*Any Isk sent without the reason code will be counted as a Donation

The drawing will be within 24 hours after the last ticket is bought using Chribba's dice. Dice name is General01
