Seeking to borrow ISK to fund a specific production exercise. Will pay 1% interest per week (or part thereof) on the outstanding balance and will make principle repayments in exchange for receiving part of the collateral back.

It's my intention to pay this back reasonably quickly but no promises.

Partial fulfillment for partial collateral will be considered.



Terms:

- At or near the end of each week, Sabriz is to pay 1% of the highest outstanding balance from that week period as interest.

- At any time during the loan period, if the lender wishes to buy out the collateral (for instance, if the hulls involved increase in price), a 'default premium' has been listed on the collateral. The lender has the option to 'default' on the loan at any time by keeping the collateral if they pay the default premium and if they do, I agree that they have not 'scammed' me in any way and will not accuse them of doing so.

- When not behind in interest payments, Sabriz may make principle repayments in exchange for the release of collateral at the loan value.

- If Sabriz falls 3 days behind in any interest payment, the loan is considered in default

- If the principle is not repaid within 91 days it is considered in default.

- When the loan is in default, the 'default premium' falls to 0.



Collateral (All is in contiguous highsec. It is not all in one location):

19x Oneiros hull, 13 in Dodixie, 6 in a minor hub. Loan value 155m/unit (2945m total), default premium 20m/unit
27x Eris hull, Jita 4-4. Loan value 45m/unit (1215m total), default premium 5m/unit

Mr Crackers. All four contracts have been made with the collateral. For interest purposes, loan term commences when you accept the fourth one. Interest terms as discussed via EVEmail, and collateral valuation as specified in each contract.

Confirming receipt of funds at 2224 EVE time, Sat 19th Dec.

First interest payment due at (or before) 168 hours after that time.

I don't mind either. If your making lots fast and want to get it done faster, we can do that.

Just to confirm week 2 interest was paid a few days early, into week 3 with no further principle repayments made since the first one.

It is my intention to repay most of the loan over the next couple days.

Is it possible to post the contract for the Oneiroses that are located in Jita first, but split it into two roughly equal lots? That will work better with my cashflow (they may be accepted at once or a little apart, depending upon how tied up my trading capital is). 6 and 7 or 5 and 8 will both work.

The other goods can wait a few days.

I'm really not fussed about the 9k, especially given that setting up private contracts requires 10k.
