My training is all in Alts right now, transport 4, cloaking 4 to better deal with Jump Fatigue so this is a gift to mains.

No lie, gifts of eve stuff means more to me than things irl, especially new items. It simply provides more entertainment than irl "stuff." Training time isn't an item, but still pretty high among the list of things I could receive for Christmas, from anyone. It was also completely unexpected and a surprise, like good presents are.

So I like the training time, thank you CCP. I also like the clothes even more. Big smile

Good call on making the training time activate when I choose, with a plan for what to do with it, between now and Jan.

oh god. i figured it out. my 2003 characters who mostly have noob SP... can I fit catalysts within 20 days????

I love the thought of ganking some random ship in highsec, and making the player wonder why they just got stomped by a squad of really old characters.

I could have ten of them.

There will be content.

Easily enough.
For ganking under gate fire I would rather suggest a thrasher,
but skilling that properly for a tripplevolley fitting takes a bit.

Three tripplevolley thrasher at moderate skills dish out 10k damage under sentry fire.

Every additional one adds 4k to the damage pool.

At that point you can add cats as well anyway and hopd sentries don't switch through these first.


Best way to gank is having one first striker with high alpha and tank ...
... and lots of small ships with high dps agressing two ticks later.

The sentries will be busy with the initial damage dealer and the cats can do as cats do anyway.


Just want to make sure you consider all options first. :p
