On second thought, having to clean it thoroughly for the third day in a row doesn't have any appeal to it. It also would lead to the removal of about half the posts since the last moderation took place.

That coupled with the fact that virtually all pro's and contra's of the original topic of the thread have been discussed at length and the discussion is now more a pro/contra CODE one (and as such bordering on being totally off topic), this thread gets a permanent lock.
