Carefull here, last time it was loot explosion. It's not so group friendly profession.

First thing: Virtued Stratios with a scanning rig, Sisters gear, and 5/4/4 skills. .5 AU has it at 55%. I suspect that without implants, you'd need a max-skilled T3 and a lot of luck. 159.7 probe strength.

Yes! finally some high end content. How to calculate probing strenght? Currently i have 105% (tengu, skills, hardwire implant).
Edit: +sisters probes and launcher.

Plunk it all into EFT, and show info on the charge (probes). Absolute max is about 205 strength in a tengu.

Can we get a refreshed site list please?

// Found 2 of the sites.
Scanning was no problem with 164 strength. Used ship was a Tengu.
First room (with cointainers) was the solar thing in site one, second site had another room (with the plasma silos) as first (container-) room.
Solar thingy room was no problem.
The silo room's sentrys are tankable if you fly straight to the outer ring and kill all the sentries from outside to the middle (in that order). The silo explosion killed my tengu's shield (28k shield) almost down to 0%, repairing it to 100% was possible with that repair container thing.

The last room was fine until the shockwaves appeared. Once i flew too close to one of the wrecks and it got me down to 50% shield - then I repaired it with the repair thing. BAD IDEA! It made the shockwaves even worse and finally they killed my ship.

This is a very hard room, even for a 33k shield tanked tengu with faction hardeners. Well done exploration end content :)

So i did the site in Saidusairos.
I was able to scan the site down with level 5 skills T2 probe launcher and Sisters Probes no implants, rigs, or scanning modules. It did take every trick I knew to 100% the site though.

Once inside, the first room was fairly straight forward, the first pocket I warped into had 22 Sleeper Sentries. I don't know what to say about that. It over kill for most ships, and seems to just scream NESTOR. Part of the fun of these sites up to this point is the options to do them with a variety of ships, this one seems to contradict that.

Maybe have a way to temporarily disable the sentries by hacking a sentry control tower, similar to the hidden pocket in the Standard Sleeper Data Cache, every few minutes you would need to re-hack the sentry control tower or have to face full room agro from them.

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.

I hope it's a joke with Nestor. Those sites are simply too rare to hunt them down in slow, nonagile, expensive ship...

You're able to complete the sentry room without having to trigger all the sentries, of course as long as nobody else has triggered them. So while it is tricky, the whole site can be done in an Astero, for instance or even a T1 cov-ops (if you're really good).

It almost like you have issued a challenge. Hmmm I never injected the cover ops skill book, so many other ships do it better or cheaper.

Challenge accepted. I won't rush around so hastily this time.

Is the site list still fairly accurate?

Is this involved with hacking or manual piloting skill? Because hacking is more or less lucky based. Hardest hack can be very easy or almost imposible and like in standard version, there is no room for mistakes, cloud will just eat you. Never did superior i have no idea how to install both servers versions on one computerSad

Create a copy of your eve directory folder and name it something like CCP - Test, then copy your eve client into there, create the appropriate shortcut, and make sure it patches that version. Voila, both on one computer

Found this site today in TQ so I decided to give it a shot, I am guessing it wasn't intended to be released so soon?(Lots of error [no messageID] damage logs)

Anyway, having read the posts from other players in this thread I brought my scorpion navy issue for escort with my astero in case I need to deal with sentry guns, there were a ton of sentry guns in the next pocket but they weren't too bad with abit of range tanking,

What I totally did not expect is this: [14:59:15] kazaric > 14:40:50 Combat 30728 from Invisible Cloud - Hits
Needless to say my Navy Scorpion was one-shotted by the plasma cloud and I was like Shocked

So I called up my friend to help retrieve my wreck and continue on to the third room(Final Room?), here lies a ruin and some sort of puzzle where you need to hack the cans, get the repair parts and use it to interact with the Archive Cerebrum thingy,

Successfully hacking the defense grid disrupts the targeting service they say, it'll be much harder for the sentries to score a hit they say, then BLAM!!! Message > Your actions have activated the defense system in the area! and they got my astero to half structure, again I warped out and called my friend to land first to take aggro (poor guy).

Finally got the Archive Cerebrum to start functioning and it starts spewing out tons of awesome cans, I was super excited!!! Big smile
Then some message about some sort of shockwave incoming in 15 seconds, I was like sure let me get some range, THEN IT EXPLODED A SECOND LATER AND KILLED MY ASTERO, the timer totally lied to me! Shocked

My friend tries to get my loot but he barely managed to escape with his rattlesnake in 40% hull.

Still the site was very intriguing, and it was absolutely brutal, I would say the shock waves are probably abit cheap as a way to implement challenge. But I look forward to running it again, maybe better prepared next time,

I did one (two actually but i failed on first one and cloud showed up on second room). To the point.
Site was scanned down with 114,345 sensor strenght acording to EFT. Tengu on V, skills 5,4,4,4; hardwire implants (strongest), sisters lanucher + probes.

After hacked warp up beacon to creat rift i landed on:
- first "room" with device needed to be hacked to open rift to next room (no idea what was the purpose of this pocket);
- second room had key stash (hackable) and two rifts to open, key must be put in proper one, of not gas cloud will emerge and eat your soul. There are few containers in "solar flare" shine - tank and spank, i flew in flare area, dmg was low;
- third room - hyperspatial rift creator + loot containerd + devices on grid + sentries - easy if you find what to do
SPOILER!!!- possible bug: sentry was destroyed (or i think it was) and after hacking repairing device (banana) it was revived...; END OF SPOILERBig smile
- fourth room (last) - device + parts cans and operator structure - containers emerge from void with "magic potion" devices. I was destroyed by strengthened cloud wave. Possible bug: my capsule was not destroyed by sentries nor cloud.

I didn't loot containers on pockets - only on last one to see how it goes with "magic potion device" (obvious hack and slash reference for those who did not saw the name of the device Big smile ). I wanted to check what is needed to open all warpgates.

Overall: it was good and refreshing after data/relics sites. It may be done in Astero with proper skills and luck with hacking (I failed one one hack at last room with huge silo container). Few flaws: site will be as much fun as current sites after time, content is scripted, there too much hacking and i mean tons of it and i didn't hack loot containers ( i've counted 36 hack in total, with loot containers, some of them maybe done more than once). Good start to make data/relics this way.

It was mistakenly put on TQ and then disabled...So now it's only on Sisi. My guess is this will be in the first patch of the new year... But someone got a bit too excited and put the code on the recent patch. But again today's patch disabled it again.

A corp mate found a Superior sleeper data cache in a null system today, the results were less than optimal but i thought you guys would enjoy watching it unfold.

Also information on what exactly we did wrong would be great.

The explosion was quite a shock none of us knew an explosion like that was even possible on tq.

And side note to ccp, we had alot of fun with the site :) great content keep more coming :)

the repper node seems to be totally useless, but otherwise interesting to play around in.

scanned it down with 105.2 strength on tq. first room was the silo room, which I thought was odd.

That final room is a massive tease. I know there has to be a way to get it but 11k alpha every 15 secs is mean.
